This project was a 32 lot Subdivision with 2 and 3 story Building/apartments

CB Civil provided: Sole Subcontractor to HNZ for Civil Works including:

Bulk Earthworks
2700m³ of Fill
110m of Under Channel Drains, 300m of Stormwater Drainage, Underground Detention Tank and 300m of Waste Water Drainage.
450m of individual services installed (Chorus and Vector)
1000m of Watermain
200m² of timber retaining walls ranging from 0.3 to 1m in height.
1000m² of Subbase and Base Coarse layers built
350m of Kerb and Channel installed across Accessways, footpaths and Carparks
750m² of Reinforced Accessway

Contracted Works completed in time, with an extension of time-based on variation works completed during the contract period
