Te Whare Whanui Graduation
Was great to celebrate the team who have completed the Future Ready life online training programme as part of our Te Whare Whanui (The House of Learning).
This programme, facilitated by Education Unlimited aimed to;
- Upskill and enhance the Computer and Digital Skills of our workforce
- Educate about safety online in an increasingly online world
- Strengthen the professional communication skills of our staff across different channels
- Focus on continuous development and improvement
With a growing requirement within our company to work and collaborate online our staff are seeing how connected the site and the 'website' have become. From timesheet to health & safety reporting, quality control and plant interaction, we want to enable our staff to thrive in the construction working environment and are committed to raising the bar with support for our staff that has an impact that extends beyond the classroom.
